Step 1 – Go to our shop address at and click on Sign up located in the top right hand corner in the Menu Bar next to the Shopping Cart.

Step 2 – Once you have read the membership benefits and you want to join us, Click on the white dot located in your State or Territory.

Step 3 – Select the membership package according to your trade business type. If you cant find an exact fit for your business don’t worry, give us a call on 1300 504 899 and we will customise a package for you.

Step 4 – Scroll down and start filling out your business details, click sign up for newsletter if you want to be kept informed, then select pay by Credit Card, then Click “Become a member”.

Step 5 – Once the payment is processed you will be taken to the document download page. Click on the Safety Pack that you purchased and your documents will be downloaded to your desktop or mobile device  download file.

Accessing your Documents:

  1. If you lose your downloads don’t worry, they will always be in your Membership Subscription area, just go to your profile icon top right of page, click the little down arrow and select Membership > then click on Subscription. To download your documents just click on your Safety Pack link (blue title) and it will be downloaded immediately to your desktop or device.
  2. You can also upload your documents to your personal document storage, just click and hold your selected file on your desktop and drag and drop into the Uploads box.
